What changed for Indian Sweet Master

The challenge

Multi-location chain. Real sales. Real ceiling.

Indian Sweet Master operates a chain of restaurants across Canada: established brand, loyal customer base, real revenue. By the numbers, things were already working.

But every multi-location chain hits the same wall: growth that depends on word-of-mouth and walk-in traffic stops compounding once the local audience is saturated. The next leg of growth has to come from somewhere else, and it had to scale consistently across every location, not just one.

The brand had earned the right to be everywhere. The acquisition layer to get them there hadn’t been built.

01

No Unified Demand Capture

High-intent searches for Indian sweets, restaurants, and catering across the chain’s metros were converting on competitor properties, not Indian Sweet Master.

02

No Brand Frequency Layer

Local audiences within a 15-mile radius of each location had no recurring brand exposure. Recall was patchy. Repeat visits depended entirely on memory.

03

Inconsistent Multi-Location Performance

Some locations were carrying the chain. Others were under-indexing. No paid system to even out demand across every store at the same time.

04

Organic-Only Growth Ceiling

Word-of-mouth had taken the brand as far as it could. Without a paid acquisition engine, year-over-year growth was capped at single-digit drift.

Our approach

Three layers. Multi-pronged by design.

Demand capture on Google + GMB, demand generation on Meta with hyper-local 15-mile targeting, and a brand-recall frequency layer running underneath both. Multi-location, one playbook.

01

Demand Capture · Google + GMB

Full GMB optimization across every location plus Performance Max Local Ads on high-intent search and listing queries. Every restaurant in the chain made discoverable on the map pack and intercepting buyers at the moment of decision.

02

Demand Generation · Meta 15-Mile

Meta engagement campaigns with a strict 15-mile radius around every location. Geo-targeted creative that spoke to local diaspora communities, generating warm demand that fed straight into the Google capture funnel.

03

Brand Recall · 4.63 Frequency

Layered frequency targeting to hit local audiences an average of 4.63 times per cycle: the recall density needed to convert casual scrollers into repeat customers and turn every store into a regular destination.

The results

Two years. Compounding growth.
